I’m using this product for pain as well as toning. I’ve been having problems with my ribs and unable to work my abs out for about a year now. After using this every day for just two weeks I’m already seeing noticeable definition again in my abs. I also have severe chronic neck pain and back pain I use these on a very low intensity on my trapezius area as well as my lower back - sacroiliac and sciatic areas. It’s very effective and a low intensity as far as relaxation I use them on my arms as well for relaxation as well as toning both are extremely effective at different intensities this is such a fantastic product I’m so grateful to have found it. When I first received the product I actually happen to receive one dysfunctional motor as well as one dysfunctional eight pack pad. After contacting the seller I was more than satisfied with their service. They are very prompt and attentive and courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I sent in the faulty pieces and received one motor and not only one but two replacement eight pack pads.

Love this ab stimulator works amazingly well. It’s like cheating. I used this for a month between loosing fifty pounds and starting a gym routine and it definitely jump started my core strength! I strength train five days a week and still love using this as well.

I’ve used many ems and this one has traction and isn’t super hot or painful electrocution Biceps kick like a mule so… start with level 1 or 2 Abs took well to it good to 13 of 18 (can go higher but start getting loose or you get a increase and hurts like hell if it glitches Like the quads at 8 The stimulant lotion is disgusting and I don’t use it, nasty It sticks well for a long while just don’t be working out and sweating all over it. I work out and use this to iron out the muscles I tore up. If you workout in this or go for walks… all I can say is open your wallet up. And if it glitches (some reason if it’s not liking attachment it bites down hard…) don’t over use it does work: my abs that I work, if I over do this my core workout WRECKS MY LIFE as I stand up and get an abdominal Charlie horse that forces me into an intense back bend to counter the cramp. It may not seem too aggressive and result my not be visible but 3 times a week max and casual, you won’t feel the damage (workout) unless you add it to your routine and think “wow what just happened” as you actually feel sore when your done. -I’ve always acclimated fast to hard work but this is a nice finisher to top off a workout, I would not use before… or every day. I sometimes double it up, so I’ll do two sets in a row back to back same spot after working out just to get it good and stretched out. ~ but 3 days a week and I maintain conscious mindfulness and consultation with myself and my bodies responses.

I was very impressed with the strength of the electrical pulses. I started with arms and on a low setting of #2. The program started with a warmup which was mild but caused my biceps to flex every other second. At the two minute mark, it switched to much higher intensity which caught me by surprise. It flexes your muscles so strong that I could feel it all the way down my arms, and I could not straighten out my arms until the pulse ended. Each pulse lasted about five seconds and then relaxed. I brought it to work today, and I will try while I work at my desk. I haven't tried the stomach yet because it looks like I may need to shave first. I had no problems sticking the pads to my arms. I'm really looking forward to seeing the results after a month.

This unit worked well with manufacturer supplied pads. The seller does not have replacement pads available, nor does anyone else. Seller claims that they do sell pads but don't know when or if they will be available. They gave me the replacement pad item number: B07FXW11NQ. I purchased generic gel pads instead but they do not work effectively. No one should be selling -- or buying -- this item while the replacement pads are unavailable. It renders the item useless.
