Q: I’m 5,7 and approximately 150 lbs. what size am I?

I ordered the XL version of this shirt and I'm 5'8" and fluxuate between 200-215 lbs. Ended up returning the XL b/c it was too long and tight around my midsection. Please note this is a compression shirt so the fit is supposed to be form fitting tight. When I was regularly running endurance events & at 160-175 lbs years ago, I was able to fit the Medium size of the Under Armour Alter Ego line of superhero tight compression shirts but now the Large size fits me. So I am guesstimate you would probably be a Medium in this Cosfunmax brand. Since there are free returns on this item, I recommend you order both a Medium and Large to try them out and return whichever does not fit.

Order bigger. It’s very snug so if you don’t like tight things order 2 sizes bigger.

USA sizes. I ordered Small, and I’m 5’6” 150lbs athletic build. I normally wear USA size XS or S depending on the brand. USA clothing sizes are getting bigger and bigger. It doesn’t make sense that I can fit into XS nowadays. But, I guess Americans are getting bigger and fatter. lol. 😂
