Actual copper. I've purchased a product from another company and the cups were not copper. If a magnet adheres to your copper, your copper isn't copper. THESE are copper. Excellent and simple way to ingest dome copper to benefit your health.

Size is important
Very nice looking. They are not as big as I thought. A cup is 8 oz, but this wil hold about 10 oz of liquids. Adding ice will freeze your hands if holding the cup.
