Had foot surgery and could not get it wet for two weeks. I purchased this item really not thinking it was going to work very well and that I'd have to wrap my foot with something else in addition to this. Not the case - in fact, I was shocked at how well it did work. Two weeks straight, it held up perfectly without a drop of moisture on my foot and it would still work but luckily I was able to finally get my foot wet. It's a fantastic product. The only thing I found difficult was getting it on and off as the opening of it is so protective that you really have to work at getting it over your foot, although mine was wrapped up with a ton of bandages so my foot was extra thick. If you need a cover - get this one. You will not be disappointed

I bought two of these because I had surgery on both my feet on October 1st. Since the 2nd I have been using the waterproof cast cover daily and can honestly tell everyone that they offer complete protection without a problem getting my bandages wet/moist. My feet are totally dry when I take them off, so if you need a product to protect your cast/bandages I recommend this item without an hesitation.

This boot is meant to keep your foot dry while you shower. First, the foot had a bandage and dressing so you may need help stretching the opening of the boot large enough to get over the dressing (this problem depends on the size of your dressing). Once on, the boot generally does a good job of keeping your foot dry. It's easy to not have th boot on pefectly in which case, there will be small leaks into the beat-this is really on the user, you just have to careful to have it on correctly. Otherwise, it works great.

I was recommended this product by my foot doctor's tech who also fitted me with a walking boot. I did not have a cast I had heavy bandaging on my foot. When I first used this I panicked because it felt like my foot was getting wet. When I got out of the shower I realized it just felt that way, probably due to the vinyl material it's made of. I have since used this Cast Cover many times and it works perfectly.

I recently had toe surgery. Once the dressing was changed by the doctor I had 10 days before the stitches were coming out. There was no way I was waiting that long to take a shower. My surgery was minor enough that I could put weight on my foot without difficulty. This product is the PERFECT solution to anyone that needs total protection for a foot/ankle against water. Just stretch open the membrane, put your foot in and pull it up to make it tight. The bottom can be a little slippery like the manufacture warns so walk and turn carefully while in the shower. I highly recommend this product.

My orthopedic surgeon removed bone from the top of my foot while performing a weil osteotomy a few days ago, so I got the "Waterproof Foot Cast Cover for Shower Bath" to protect the inch long incision & keep it dry. When I got out of the shower tonight though, there were soap bubbles on the incision because it isn't waterproof and I wish I had not bought it. I would have been better just using a few plastic bags from the store with packing tape. I'm so disappointed.

This was the best product ever !! I was gifted a full leg version by a friend and it’s worked so well I wanted Just the foot cover one for travel. It keeps water out even when I use it in the tub. It dries quickly and the edge seals are soft & comfortable.So far it’s holding up really well. Used 6-7 times and will need it for another 3-4 weeks.

Unless your calves are as thick as your thighs, this product will leak. I'm 6'4" and 260...my ankles are bigger than average and although the neoprene conformed to my ankle it was not tight enough to form a waterproof seal. This product is not effective and will allow your ankle/ foot to get wet.
