Amazing medium soft pillows, fell in love with them when we stayed in W hotel in Aspen, so had to order them for home. So comfy, sleeping like on the cloud.I don’t think its best option for people who like to sleep on hard pillows

I bought this based on my slumber in heaven at a W hotel many years ago and the fact that my W hotels mattress has lived up to expectations. This pillow, however, not only fell way below expectations, but has actually caused me terrible neck pain and many sleepless nights. I've reverted back to my $15 Ikea pillow and have been sleeping better and neck slowly improving. Quite sad that I wasted $90, but there is no place for this pillow other than the trash :(

I bought this for my Mom after she couldn't stop raving about the one she'd had in her hotel room, and she absolutely loves it. She'd had another brand that wasn't quite the same and has happily replaced it with this one.

If you enjoy losing money and/or purchasing items not as advertised, I recommend the W Store. My husband ordered the alternative down pillows that he'd loved when he stayed at the W. The pillows we received we're nothing remotely like the ones at the hotel. After much back and forth with the store, we returned the useless pillows and replaced them with the more expensive down ones, which the store told us were the kind that the hotels use after all. It took us two months and 15 phone calls to get the new pillows, and when they did arrive, they too were nothing like the pillows he'd slept on in the hotel. W agreed to pick up the pillows at their expense because they had recommended them to us in the first. Lovely. FedEx picked up the pillows...in June. They were delivered back to W on June 30. We have not received our refund yet. I called W two days ago; the person acknowledged that they had received the pillows and told me she would speak with their accounts department and call me back yesterday. No call (we have not yet received one call back from them any time they have said they would (about 10 times)). I called back today. A different person said she would have the first person call me back. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they weren't available but would call me back. I am not holding my breath.

These pillows are an absolute FAIL. If you have stayed in the W Hotel, these are nothing like the quality of bedding at the hotel. The King Sized pillows will not fluff and go flat (as in your head sitting on two pieces of empty cloth) immediately. We purchased direct from the W Hotel Store, which is a major mistake. 1) they vastly over charge for shipping at $60, 2) they refuse to stand by their defective product and send a return shipping label.The company's scam will cost us $120 just to have this crap come to our home and send it back to the W Store.Just skip this product, and possibly company, all together. This experience fundamentally changed my opinion of The W Hotel brand. Way to go Starwoods.

Ordered on for myself after staying at W Philadelphia. Then ordered a second for my husband. We've never slept so well as we do now with these pillows. Expensive, but worth it for us.
