Chair Dancing's Greatest Hits

I was told about the instructor of this video by a friend and she highly recommended the "Chair Dancing" series of DVDs. I bought this one because of the good reviews and I wanted a sample of all of Jodie's work. I am very happy with this video. I am a beginner for now and I can set my pace according to how much I can do. In time I will be able to move up to levels 2 & 3. Other reviewers have spoken about the fun dances, music, or routines and I agree. Another feature I like is that there are all body types and ages shown making this something that could be used with a family and friends gathering. I gave this five stars because it is an exercise video that has something for everyone. If you think you won't have an aerobic workout because you are sitting in a chair, think again. The instructor keeps everybody moving. I was looking for something I could do year round, when my back hurt, when my knees were sore, or I just had to push myself out of bed in the morning. This is the video for me!

This product was just ok. The people are dressed like the 80's and the music is for old people. If you're a younger person (either age-wise or personality-wise) it may feel outdated and for really older people. The "Celebration" one she came out with is better - doesn't have the really "old people" feel.

The DVD arrived timely and was in good working condition. It just was not the right fit for me. I thought it would be a good way to work out and not do further damage to my feet yet it was not vigorous enough. Returned it.

Bought this for my wife who recently had foot surgery. She has many years of experience with exercise videos and found this dvd fun and challenging. Now ordering more videos by Jodi.

Worthless not worth the price at all

Highly recommend all of her DVDs She makes physical fitness fun.

Having mobility problems, it’s great to have a workout program that allows me to sit while I exercise. And it really gives me a wonderful workout!

This exercise DVD is a great work out for all ages.
