Bought this to upgrade from Zosi 2mp system and it was a big mistake because it has many major problems. Can't playback videos recorded in daytime with Zosi app because data rate too high, so can't view recorded videos when you are away from home. But can play the recorded videos at home on TV connected to system box with hdmi. 4k camera video is not as sharp as old Zosi 2mp cameras but does show a little more detail when zoomed in. 4k camera night vision has long range but is worse than 2mp camera mounted in same position because it looks very very foggy. Twice in the past week system did not record video for 2 of the eight cameras for a few hours at night and I haven't found out why. I have spent 3 weeks writing with Zosi tech support and they have not found a solution. They had me do things that made no sense such as upgrade the firmware even though it already had the newest version. They blamed my wifi even though I have same problem when away from home using cellular data. I am now waiting on their techs to find a solution. I see many people are also complaining about this 4k system and zosi app. While waiting for a solution from Zosi, I am testing some 5mp cameras with this system and so far not having the same problems.

The media could not be loaded.  I have received two defective DVR boxes and either one of them works properly. I returned one and they sent me another and now this is what I am getting. The cameras are great but the system is garage. And I can’t even return this trash. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. Beware.

The bullet style cameras aren't able to move like our other cameras. The dvr system is very complicated. The only plus is the picture from the cameras are very good

I have the Zosi 8 camera system and love it. installing and set up was very easy just plug and play. Navigating in DVR is good also. I had one question and Coco with Zosi team was able to help and answer my question. The App works I think it should be cleaned up a little.I would recommend the Zosi system it is great. Ask for Coco you will get great support.

only thing i didn't like was with 8 cameras you should add a couple of longer cords...like 100' instead of 60'

We just installed these about a week ago but so far so good. Way better than the older cameras we had. Very clear picture during the day and at night. Need to move our router so we can hook the system up so we can access the cameras on our phones.

Cameras are clear and are as advertised. The system was easy to set up, but the mobile app needs a revamp. Compared to other DVR mobile apps, its lagging. Thank you to the customer support member Slina. They were prompt of fixing a harddrive problem with my DVR system. =)
