So...it turns out I have a St. John's Wort allergy. I mean... Who knew? That being the case, I can't provide any necessary insight on the efficacy of this particular product. I'm sort of a one off, so there's not a huge chance most people will encounter this. I'm okay with giving it a solid three stars for its ingredients as it does appear to be a thoughtfully formulated product with a lot of potential.I hope those taking this will be able to report their positive experiences with it.

I take these during the mid-day especially if I'm stressed and I'm able to get through the rest of the day without getting more stressed and usually feel pretty nice by the end of the work day.

I'm always skeptical about vitamins like this but these worked pretty well to help lift my mood. My mood has been improved since I started using these and the amount of vitamins isn't really high like some I have seen before which is good as you can only use so much vitamins up.

Just too darn big to swallow. This makes a person not want to take them.

I'm so very excited to have found this! It really does enhance my mood. It's not overwhelming or artificial feeling in anyway, just a calm sense of well being. I'm less tense and more relaxed. I'm very happy with the effectiveness of this supplement!

This is a good blend of calming herbs and minerals. I worry that I don't get enough copper (copper helps with iron levels) and this has a good amount in it. I like that it has ashwagandha in it and I do wish it stated exactly how much because I am trying different amounts of that and want to be able to regulate it for myself. I love that this is only one pill a day. Nothing in this that I try to avoid.
