Q: will this work between a high power LED and heat sink?

I use this to attach heat pipes to the constant current driver components (FET and current sense resistor) of a high powered laser. The epoxy is very good at conducting heat. But it does not conduct electricity. Keep this in mind if your heat sink is part of the LED's electrical circuit. In that case, it won't work. Also, keep in mind this adhesive sets very fast. You have about 45 seconds after mixing before it's too thick to work with. And when fully set, it's quite hard and strong. Lastly, as with anything thermal compound, less is best. It still isn't quite as good as metal for thermal conduction. Less is always best. For your application, it should work great if not needing to be electrically conductive.

Q: can this be used for MSI gt73vr 6rf? (0.5mm)

if the original pads are .5mm order the .5mm if 1, 1.5, 2mm etc.. just use the same thickness and you should have no problems!

Q: Can I use this to attach a cpu fan directly to the heatsink? I have a c2750 passive cool mobo and need to add a fan to cool it

This pad has practically zero adhesive properties. It's just a little tacky and meant to compress slightly when sandwiched between a hot surface and heat sink. There needs to be additional hardware to hold the stack up together. If you want to permanently adhere a heatsink to a surface, is Artic Silver thermal ceramic non-electrically conductive epoxy. Love the stuff, but it's $$ and it sets very fast.

Q: How well do these pads work on a 780m gpu?

if it works on all GPU I have used them in a GTX950 and a playstation 4 in the memories ram console GDD5
