The Pro Se Litigant's Civil Litigation Handbook: How to Represent Yourself in a Civil Lawsuit

It was very nice of Kenn to share all that esoteric knowledge regarding the litigation process. I think most lawyers would only be interested in non disclosure of their dirty tricks, so many thanks to Kenn. I have not made the decision of going pro se, but even if I don't, the book is still worth to read to attain some understanding of what is going on behind the scenes in one's lawsuit.

Really thorough book...I have dealt with junk debt buyers so have purchased several books regarding debt lawsuits etc and this one I would put up there with "Stick It to Sue Happy Debt Collectors"...

This book is a manageable resource for the person taking on the daunting task of Pro Se litigation. The legal world is made for the professionals, but this book helps those who have to manage the morass themselves. I’m glad I purchased.

Content was somewhat helpful and may be useful later in litigation. I did notice about two dozen grammatical errors, typos and abrupt ending to sentences where it implied there should be more. Was hoping for better guidance and examples of when various motions, demands or pleadings might be appropriate.

I really enjoyed this book. I am in the process of litigating pro se and have found the information here invaluable.

Very good book I used the section on Recognizing and Preventing Opposing Party Dirty Trick in my case as this is exactly what the opposition was doing. Although the book provided a lot of detail I believe more in the area of real estate law in particular Quiet Title cases would have served me better.
