Bought this on the recommendation of an amazon agent. I had a quick look and saw it’s high 4.9* rating! Thought it was going to be amazing! After the chat I googled the mattress and found loads of “beware of this company” and 1* reviews. I promptly cancelled my order, it was still dispatched. As per my amazon delivery instructions it shouldn’t have been left, but it was! So I opened it and it’s cheap, poorly sewn / finished and more importantly it’s nothing like a foam compressed sealed mattress I’ve ever had before! It’s basically a tightly folded normal spring mattress- no expanding and once it’s all out it’s creased and lumpy! It’s also soft so not at all like the firm mattress I was hoping to purchase for my son.If you value your time/ money/ sleep then don’t purchase this item!

To be fair I reviewed lots of mattresses before buying this one and before it came was wondering if I made a good decision. I needed not worry about this product having no reviews because I can honestly say it’s just amazing quality and so comfortable, ok the colours are not to everyone’s taste but it’s neutral so will go with majority, packaged well and if your looking at this trying to decide on the massive choice out there you will not be disappointed with this , it certainly looks like it will last and it was ready to go after it sprung out the box

Bought this to replace an expensive mattress bought just a year ago which I hated from day one. Tried my best but couldn't get a good night's sleep (too firm). I tried it in the shop and it felt great but until you've slept on a bed several times for a lengthy period it's impossible to tell. Decided this time to go to Amazon and read reviews and set a budget of £ 100 (for a double). This one popped out and I decided to order it with some trepidation. Arrived quickly and from the moment I lay on it I knew it was right for me. I'd say it was medium soft and (for me) very comfortable. First good night's sleep I've had in a year. Not sure about the longevity but for what I paid for this I'm not worried - looks well made. I've had it for about a week now and loving it. The positive reviews were helpful and I got lucky.

Look, these are cheap. But they are very comfortable. I don’t know how long they will last. But for the price you could replace the, every year and still be cheaper than the shop bought ones and the ones that give you a 60 day guarantee. I have spondylitis, so move a lot during the night normally to get comfy. I still move a lot. But not because I’m trying to get comfy. I’m moving to keep my back moving. That is important in spondylitis. But I don’t wake up at all while moving because I’m not in pain. These beds are neither soft or hard. They are somewhat in between. If you are going to buy a bed online without trying it first, I don’t see the point of spending too much money. Because something costs more, doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be better. Personally I feel these mattresses are so comfy I sleep well and don’t wake up with backache in the morning. But everybody is different. Other people might not find it the same

Read the reviews and thought I was buying a good mattress for the price. Clearly it isn’t, very basic quality. Very unstable. Feels like sleeping on a waterbed.

I did not buy the mattress for pain relief, therefore the 4 stars.When you open the box, make sure you have the gel side on top. It is lovely to sit on and comfortable to sleep on. I didn’t get hot and bothered during the night and have slept well since sleeping on the gel side.I had slept on the other side and that wasn’t a great sleep!

Was apprehensive about buying from online let alone amazon you just don’t know what you’re going to get you just hope for the best.Just moved in with a flat mate he went for a bed from Dreams their budget mattress £79 ish and pocket springs you can feel each one it’s not that comfy.My risk paid off this mattress is firm and I love it, had it since middle of September and don’t have a bad thing to say about it.Hope this helps those who are as undecided and apprehensive as I was.

A lovely mattress that unfurled itself and was reasy to use straight away. Very comfy and good at the price. It's new and a spare so can't speak as to durability.Edit: Have been using this for a few weeks and reports are good. Have ordered a second for the spare bed.
