Laziza Biryani Masala, 100-Gram Boxes (Pack of 6)

I use this masala always since it is the best with authentic taste and all ingredients in it. I dont have to add ginger garlic separately if I use thsi masala for making the biryani. Awesome is the only word. Suddenly our local indian/pakistani grocery stores stopped stocking this and i was shocked. Finally I found this on amazon and ordered it. the only difference is, it used to be $1.00 at the local stores but online it is $2,00 oer packet but still worth it.

I can easily recommend the taste and flavor of this product. My biggest issue is that there are larger spice objects in the mix when mixed with rice you can unexpectedly bite large hard seed or spice kernel. You can solve this yourself by throwing the large pieces into a spice bag, but certainly inconvenient. I dont if there are many other authentic brands without this problem but I'm going to look else where for my next purchase, just to see what else might be out there.

I think the biryani masala is awesome. But the company is cheating the consumers by mixing salt (a cheaper ingredient). About half the masala is just salt. You don't even need to add salt to the biryani if you are using this masala.

Makes making biryani SOO much easier. The blend of spices is soooo perfect I do not need to marinate the meat. I purchase a pack of fried onions by the same brand and use it to make the dish. I now make biryani as often as I can.

I like this as it is not too spicy and the amount of seasoning is a about right for me. 2 bags laziza biryani masala per box, I use 3 cups of rice - per bag.

This is 4 times inflated price. We get it for $1.5 each.

Spicy and a tad hot but delicious mix for biryani. You still need to supply the basmati rice and choice of protein but it's worthwhile having this in your cupboard
