Easy and straight forward to claim
My son damaged his tablet after a year of having it. I used the cover and it was so straight forward, amazon sent a box, I placed the tablet in without the protective cover and cables, sent it off and got a new one super fast in return. Happy!

Not worth the paper it's written on.
Bought a Wahl shaver , took out this insurance. Shaver broke after 2 weeks and this insurer didn't want to know. A complete waste of money.Whal and Amazon were terrific , had to get a refund through them instead.Stay well clear.
