Good value
I bought as a present for my wife, to replace another laptop. It arrived well packaged, in good condition and with Windows 10 already activated. It booted right up and seems to work fine, as the product description says it has some minor blemishes that do not effect the operation. Overall very pleased.

A LA SEMANA DE USARLA, SE DAÑO EL WINDOWS, TUBE QUE LLEVARLA A UN TECNICO PARA QUE ME LO REINSTALARA, ERA MAS RAPIDO QUE DEVOLVERLA.LA MAQUINA ESTA MUY RAPIDA, FUERA DE ESE DETALLE TODO BIEN.SUSTO QUE ME METIO.

Absolutely worthless
Used, refurbished. Has no operating system. Totally blank. No way to access internet or the ability to do anything else. Totally useless unless I spend more money for someone to install programs. Overpriced for what I got.

It's a rebuilt lappie.
It wobbles on the table. while you use it.Will not produce sound over the HDMI and that receptacle seems to be jacked up/crooked/damaged.A pretty bad job of "refurbishing" in my opinion.This is clearly not an 'unissued' corporate device, but they didn't say it was.
