Waterford Marquis Maxwell 40033790 Flute, Set of 4, 210ml, Crystal

The glasses are quite simply what you'd expect from Waterford.The only problem we had was I ordered 8 which all came totally smashed. They were put into another box for delivery with no padding or protection. Amazon did replace immediately and refunded 1 box (half cost) which is good but when DIL opened them there was a small chip on the base of 1 glass

We have bought Waterford crystal before including the Marquis series in wine glasses. These wine flutes are clearly inferior products. The edges on the bottom are rough and there are bubbles in the glass.Unfortunately we need to use them in the near future and do not have time to return them and seek an alternative. Not happy.

Such a shame! Beautiful glasses arriving smashed!No individual protection around each glass! Bought to toast in the New Year! No chance now, very disappointed!

Von 4 Gläsern sind 3 beschädigt angekommen. Da nützt die beste Umverpackung nichts, wenn die Gläser innerhalb des eigentlichen Kartons nicht ausreichend voneinander getrennt sind, sondern sich berühren können ... daher nur 1 Stern, auch wenn die Gläser an sich schön sind.

I like the flute. But it’s broken 1/4. I bought it as a gift. But I can’t make it now. How can I get refund without returning because I’ve discarded already. Dangerous to sent it back.

Finally got rid of all my ikea flutes and went for the real thing! they are lovely and sturdy!
