Case seems to be well built, it compares fairly well to otterbox, I don't know how well it will hold up and I don't plan on dropping my brand new Note 10+ on purpose to test it out. The belt clip seems to have a good hold on the phone which is a great thing. Only problem I had was that I didn't receive the screen protector that it should have come with.I will update my review if I come across anything in the futureUPDATEAfter almost a week of use I have stumbled upon something quite annoying. When holding the phone a certain way, like when laying in bed using the phone, and holding it near the volume buttons, it appears that they tend to slip out of alignment and the rubber edge must be re adjusted so you can properly lower the volume, kind of annoying when it's quiet and you stumble upon a video with the volume full blast and can't lower it. Apparently it only happens to the volume down button. A similar issue is when putting your phone onto the clip, the outer edge seems to pop out. Make sure you hear a loud click to make sure the phone is secure onto the it, happened to me and fell once but gladly the case protected it from damage.

The media could not be loaded.  Wellll.. where do I even begin. When I first got this case it seemed great. Like a durable knock off version of an otterbox. Boy, was i VERY F***ING *WRONG!!!*• first off, within the first few times of the phone being dropped the plastic piece that clips around the front of the screen to "PROTECT " it cracked! Which then made a small almost spiderwebbed crack at the bottom right of the screen. So about a centimeter to the right of the backspace button.• *LUCKILY * it didn't crack deep enough to feel it or mess anything up... UNTIL it did!!• I wasn't aware of the crack in one if the major safety areas of the case or i would have gotten a new one ! ESPECIALLY since I have already had to get a replacement . 😡• sooo here's the freaking kicker !!!- ON MOTHERS DAY NIGHT, I have my ring holder on the phone, phone in hand, 2 year old in the other, food for him in another.. needless to say my hands were past full.The damn ring holder comes off the freaking case, phone falls less than 3 ft, DOESN'T EVEN HIT THE SCREEN OR THE SIDE THATS ALREADY FREAKING CRACKED and low and freaking behold, the hardly existent spiderweb crack, has now turned into a quarter sized black bubble on the screen!!!WTF!!! SERIOUSLY??• For some weird reason, the phone was "somewhat " usable. ...* but the damage that was caused, made it to where I couldn't use my finger on the screen WHATSOEVER but had to use the s-pen.Now I've been on the hunt for a damn week, trying to find a case that can withstand a freaking EVERYDAY DROP!!- If it were me, I would use a harder plastic shell case instead of a thinner piece of plastic.

I have had this case on for months and the one single time I drop it, my screen gets cracked. I go to get my phone repair to find out the entire back side of my phone is cracked, so therefore I need an entirely new phone, costing me $200. This is BS that your case did not protect my phone and I am now having to pay $200 for a new one. If there is anything you can do-I'd appreciate it. I am very unhappy with your product.

Seems like a great bargain, feels very solid, screen cover is soft type, only issue I have is volume buttons are very hard to push. Power button is very nice. Overall very happy Please fix volume button and you have a winner.

I have a brand new and expensive Galaxy Note 10 Plus and I was wanting the best protection I could get seeing that I work in a manufacturing environment. I was going to wait on posting this review but I decided to go ahead and say this is easily the best thing next to an actual Otterbox case. For those worried about the AICase being made in China, so is the Otterbox. With that being said, the AICase is rugged and sturdy and provides, at least to me, the same amount of protection for a much cheaper price. It's easy to put on and fits like a glove. I have used an Otterbox case on all my devices for the last 6 years, each time paying that $60 premium for each devices protection. No more. It simply works and looks great! It's the same layered protection that I am use to. My only con for this has to be the holster/belt clip. It's the same thickness as the Otterbox holster and is just as solid, however the belt clip rotation is very loose compared to the Otterbox holster. It still stays upright but can rotate on me making for an occasional annoyance. Other than that I have no other complaints. Get one!

For the money, this is a pretty good case. While it can't compare to Otterbox, it comes fairly close, and will make do until I can afford an Otterbox.I just got it today, and it was easy to put on, and there is no issue with the volume buttons, as described by other reviewers. I found that you really need to put the rubber cover on the left side of the phone first, so you can get the volume buttons lined up properly. I didn't put the screen protector on, because there is already one on my phone. I will update about that, when I do need to replace it.The biggest issue is, all the plastic pieces seem a little thin and not as sturdy as it really should be, especially the belt holster. We will see how well it all holds up, and I will update accordingly.All in all, if you can't afford an Otterbox, get this case. Make sure you pay attention to the options when ordering, some do not include the belt holster.

I love this case! It's like the otterbox, buttons are easy to push. It's a pretty color, even better if you add a pop socket. Which I did. I've dropped my phone already and it has done well.

I loved the case, it is very sturdy. However, the screen protector that came with it is not good. I have bubbles everyday on my edges. I installed it like the instructions said and it still malfunctioned.I gave it 3 stars based on that flaw.

This case offers 360* protection. It is well designed and can be used with or without the holster case and it includes a screen protector! It is a fabulous product, and offers the ability to have your phone facing out from the holster case, or face in, for ultimate face damage protection. A must have for your very expensive phone.

This case seems virtually identical to the Otterbox series... But at a fraction of the cost. I'm very, very happy with how everything fits, buttons work perfectly, protection seems wonderful...I recommend this case if you want an Otterbox style of case without the Otterbox price tag.

El protector de la pantalla es muy grueso y cuesta trabajo que se quede pegado correctamente, y por lo mismo le baja la sensibilidad al touchscreen.La forma de apoyar la funda para ver peliculas solo funciona en una mesa que este bien derechita y con el celular en modo horizontal....

La funda llegó un día antes, gracias por eso Amazon.Es de excelente calidad, la funda se conforma de 3 partes, por lo que hay que tener cuidado al momento de colocarla al teléfono. Incluye una mica, no se lo pongo por que al poner la funda levantará la misma.El teléfono queda muy bien protegido.

Le queda perfecto al celular, se ve super bien, se ve muy protectora. Este lo compré para un celular que no es mío, pero creo que ahora quiero una igual para mí.
