Off putting smell
Not sure why when I opened it there was a very bad smell in the pillow, I cannot imagine sleeping with the smell.

Heavy pillows
I found this pillow too firm/dense and it is so heavy (at close to 10 pounds) that I feel like it will tear through the pillowcase. Will be returning it. Not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Not flat enough
Too expensive for the quality. It’s hot for sleeping and much too hard.

Too thin
Get the thick version. The problem with this pillow it’s way too heavy. It is extremely thin or flat. But the pillow is very comfortable. I just think it is too flat and not worth the money

Best pillow I’ve ever used
I don’t know how many pillows I’ve used in my life time. I travel a fair bit so it’s been a few. This is without hesitation the best pillow I’ve ever slept on. Far exceeded my expectations.
