My whole family has been taking it for over four years. We take it at the first sign of any cold and flu symptoms. It works great for the immune system. We take two caps twice a day when sickness is going on.

I like that the herbs used in this supplement are sustainably and organically grown. The pills are your standard gel cap, Is it a swallow, and the best part you only have to take one gel cap “per serving”. The supplement is great for maintaining overall immunity health, although I can’t contribute my health 100% to the supplement as I’m not sure, but so far so good I haven’t been sick and I feel great!

Seems to work well to shorten length of a cold....sometime if taken at first sign of a bug you can avoid getting sick if these are taken right away.

It took awhile to receive these, but I guess they came at the right time as I now have an URI since school is back in session and kids are swapping germs. I started taking them two days ago when my chest was hurting and I do feel more energized after using it for two days. They are easy to swallow and they did not cause any upset stomach or acid reflux. The ingredients appear to be sound in theory in trying to reduce symptoms. Time will tell if it actually shortens the length of this URI.

I like this product because I am able to digest the capsules without any problems. I don't have any allergic reactions. It's believed this supplement may support the immune system. I'm happy with the product. This is my experience.

I got this for the once in a blue moon time that either myself or my husband feel ill. I like that these are easy to swallow and leave no bad taste in your mouth and the ingredients list looks good. This is a good product to keep on hand especially as we head into the fall and winter months.

Right off the bat, this supplement works. My husband felt the first signs of a cold (24 hours later tested positive for Covid), and I made him take 1 of these immediately. The next day he felt better (despite the positive test). 5 days straight after taking this, he felt immensely better on the 3rd day, and subsequently tested negative that day as well. I love that there are 60 capsules - a 2 month supply - at a really reasonable price. Will keep this in our medicine cabinet for the brutal winter months, and any other time the grown ups in our house get sick!

These are supposed to be helpful in reducing the effects of a cold. Seeing nothing objectionable to me on the ingredients list, I got a bottle to keep handy for that purpose. (Do your own research and/or consult your health provider). The capsules are medium/large (see pic), but easy enough to swallow without any bad aftertaste.
