ASURION 4 Year Home Improvement Protection Plan ($500 - $599.99)

I have purchased many extended warranty's and with the products I have had to make a claim, it is easy to make a claim, never had any issues and I will continue to do business with Asurion.Thank you

Added a 4 year warranty on a Ghost Controls Solar Gate Opener. After 2.5 years the motherboard and probably solar panel failed. The claim took about a month from start to finish. There was some hoops and some phones calls, and some disconnects, but in the end, persistence paid off. We sent the motherboard back. They deemed it not fixable and they refunded the gate in its entirety. Thus, at that point, I have no complaints. This is our second Amazon warranty claim over the years and both were paid fairly.

I liked the ease of sbmitting a claim and how quickly they resolved the issue.

Had a water recirculating pump system that failed. It cost $555 2.6 yrs ago. I happened to remember I had taken a 3 yr coverage on it. Filed a claim after looking up detail etc from Amazon from which I bought the pump and coverage. in just about a week, I received full cost $555 in a credit to Amazon acct as I requested.

I have always been leery of buying additional insurance but sometimes it just seem's as though it would be a smart thing to do. I did in the case of a concrete cut off saw I bought (Milwaukee brand). We started having issues right away (this was purchased a few months before Covid). Because we don't have any Milwaukee electric saw repair places close it sat for quite a while & then Covid and everything was closed. The original warranty ran out so we contacted Asurion. They sent a return label (we did have to pay $33 for boxing it up but it was a saw after all!). They got it in 2 days & contacted us right away. Within another 4 days they said the product could not be fixed and we were given an Amazon gift card for the full amount of the saw price. I think that's great customer service!The only thing I wish would change - that the insurance would kick in after the mfg one ran out but they do run concurrent.

I purchased this warranty to go with my FLIR C3 camera. I don't typically get warranties, however, after reading some of the reviews on FLIR, I was worried about its longevity. I was correct in this assumption. The camera lasted me about 2-3 years and started having problems. Asurian had me send in the product and then notified me that it was beyond repair. I was reimbursed the full amount. I will certainly use Asurian again!

I had bought the extended for a year protection plan on May 1 when I bought my champion inverter generator thank God I haven’t had to use it yet but I got it just in case the best part is the baby thing goes wrong they pay for shipping to and back from getting repaired
