It was very difficult to try and hang up. Definitely 2 -3 people to do it properly. Instructions are very minimal and we never did understand how to get lights connect to work.I returned the bigger size as well. That return o received a prepaid label but this one was just the address. It cost almost $50 to return. It was the same seller as the larger display. When I reached out they were very confusing conversations and kept saying they would have to receive it and I used it- which I didn’t. Then they said it wasn’t their problemBottom line be 100% sure you want this otherwise it costs you not to.

I like these lit signs to bring more attention to my storefront. It was difficult to install, it’s heavy and the instructions are not helpful. It comes with (green) anchors to drill into the ceiling or ledge near the window. We used a 3/16 drill bit to make the holes for the green anchors. I hope this helps someone.
