I received my pair of boots on time with only one issue for concern, the package was open when it arrived at my doorstep. I can only speculate as to what happened in transit, but the package was definitely bigger than the "shoe" box with no additional padding. The boots were definitely sifting inside the package. At 8lbs, with a good foot of wiggle room, I can see how the package would burst open as it is being handled.As far as the boots are concerned, they are HUGE! I didn't think they would be so massive! But I guess if you are going to hide the Met Gaurd, Steel Toe, Steel Shank in the boot and then line it with Gortex, it's going to have to be big. It's not a deal breaker for me. When I first put them on, I couldn't believe the amount of weight it had. They felt clunky and obtrusive, even after a few days of breaking them in I am still working on coordination. My foot goes one direction and the boot swings it in a different direction. It's actually pretty funny what an extra 8lbs on your feet can do.That being said, these are the most comfortable pair of boots that I have ever owned! The inner padding hugs my foot in a very reassuring way. I purchased these boots for work and I have already clocked in three 12+ hour days with them without having to remove them because of sore feet. Their "anti-fatigue tech" really does do it's job.Overall, I am really really happy I went with these boots. Let's see how long they past me.

I used to trust the brand but over the last 4 pairs, I've noticed something: the time they last me is ever shorter. The first year lasted me nearly two years. The second lasted me three months and I got a warranty replacement. The third last me just about a year. And this last set has lasted me about 9 months. The inner lining on the left boot has come out with my foot. it's somehow it here to my sock so well that I could not take my foot out without dragging the liner with it. I will not buy these again.I will not buy any of this brand again.

Husband loves them. He said it has great support and very comfortable. Great ankle support as well. Definitely will buy again when the time comes. He works on a barge as a crane operator.

I bought these because all the reviewers sounded like they were clouds on your feet. Well, theyre comfy, but seem to run big. in hindsight, I would have bought a normal width instead of wide.After going through a couple other brands of boots, i am back to these. Theyre the most comfy so far. I bought 11.5 wide this time and they fit awesome. I also put anti-fatigue insoles. Thinking of buying a few pairs because a good thing never lasts.

Very comfortable boot.Yes they have reflective piping which is a plus when you are on a mine site or construction area which i assume most are who buy this boot.The extra visibility when working around heavy equipment just might be a life saver! I can't understand how some people view this as a negative,it makes YOU more visible.Have to wait and see how they hold up but the comfort is better than any other boot i have owned.

Comfortable, quality boot. They are a little too short for my profession, but the price makes up for the height of the boot

Love these boots I work for a water agency and when u get in and out ur feet are still dry,super comfortable feels like they have gel inserts already even after a 14hr day,don't make your feet sweaty at all,will defently be buying again!

The seller shoebacca was not interested in helping me at all they blew me off and said sorry for the inconvenience I'll never buy from them again. These boots were very stiff I feel one of them had a defect. I contacted timberland directly and they are currently working on the isssued for warranty..
