10+ Year review - better than the 2-4x more expensive brands!
First off, I purchased this after reading a few positive reviews, without any expectations. It still looks and performs like new.I'm 5'11", 195. The Medium is a perfect fit for my style of dressing, which is with a light layer. My initial impressions were very positive - excellent fit, great styling, good warmth (for the weight) and wearable even in light rain. The nylon shoulder and collar overlay helps keep the collar in shape, without flopping into my neck or on the shoulders. The zippers are of excellent quality. The chest pocket was great for small accessories and even a phone, it now holds a large phone and my reading glasses :-). The hand warming pockets are well angled, and things won't drop out of it easily. The large left inside pocket is spacious, and the right one can also hold almost anything I can think of. The arm pocket can also hold a phone, and has a inlet to route a earpiece or headphone cord through and under your jacket. The elbows are nylon reinforced as well, so you can be on your elbows for an extended period of time without any abrasion to the fleece. The bicep patches are Velcro friendly, should you need to identify yourselves. There's a waist drawstring should you need it.I've worn the jacket for days on end in all kinds of weather, for extended periods of travel and multi-day camping, while performing all kinds of work. It has been washed several times a year. The jacket has held up incredibly well and looks almost new.The value is excellent. I have seen Baersking and 5.11 jackets costing 2-5x the price that look a bit more refined but don't do much better that Condor. The seller seems to be labeling these product pages incorrectly - this one reads "Condor Men's Pocket", so no one seems to be finding these incredibly well made jackets. What a shame! The arms run a bit short, but the sleeve extensions take care of that. The jacket is not windproof, so you should have an outer layer if you are expecting breezy conditions.

Better than 5.11 for half the price!
Background: I own a LOT of tactical clothing, not just because I often carry a concealed firearm (and was preparing to enter a 3-letter federal agency that would require this) but also because I travel internationally multiple times per year and tactical gear comes very much in handy. I own shirts, sweaters, jackets, pants, shoes and a dozen bags/packs from virtually every major tactical brand/maker and the fact is, some companies and better at certain products.Bottom line: This Condor fleece is an absolute steal for the price and is officially my new winter travel sweater. Don't think--just buy it.Fit: I'm 5'8, 170lbs, athletic build (I run and lift weights daily). I wear a 42S suit jacket, 30/30 pants and normally wear a medium in all shirts and jackets. This sweater fit me perfect, but also keep in mind, like most tactical clothing this is cut for an athletic build (broader chest and shoulders, slim waist). The bottom of the jacket rests just about at the top of my jeans pockets, so this is not a long jacket that will hinder access to your pockets. If you're carrying a firearm in an OWB belt holster, your firearm WILL be visible. I love how the bottom of this jacket has a little bit of a squeeze as this will seal out wind and I don't like looser garments to begin with.WARNING: I have slightly short arms for my height, and the sleeves of this fleece fit me perfectly, which means if you have longer arms this may be an issue for you. There are extensions on the cuffs that include a thumb hole, and I can utilize it perfectly--if you have longer arms, you will not be able to use the thumbhole. Not a big deal as I'm not going to use it, anyway, but buyer beware.ALSO, be aware that the cuff openings on this fleece are rather small. I have moderately large hands, and I have to really squeeze my hands through the extensions. My wrists are only 6.5" and I have a hard time pulling up the sleeves to see my watch. I would NOT wear a large watch with this (like my awesome G-Shock Mudmaster GWG-1000).OVERALL: This is definitely a warm fleece and while not wind/waterproof, this would make an excellent base layer under a waterproof shell. In fact, I plan on using this under my Condor Summit Zero Jacket during a trip this winter and I have absolutely no doubt this combo will suffice in 30-degree snowy conditions. Making an educated guess, I would probably be comfortable in just this fleece down to about 45-degrees. It is better built, warmer, better fitting and has better features than my 5.11 tactical fleece and I paid almost $100 for that one. Condor is simply an AMAZING value for the money, and I cannot stress this enough: so long as you're relatively fit, order your regular size and you will have your next favorite fleece.I'm a jacket snob, and I probably own three dozen different jackets of every style for every occasion. Obviously, I'm not wearing this to the opera (it definitely does look "tactical" but also doesn't scream "I'M PACKING A GUN!"), but this is just an all-around comfortably, low-key, functional fleece that is worth every penny and I'll probably end up ordering the other colors just for variety.GET IT NOW.

rather exceptional
for the price, its honestly not bad at all. this is my first impression on it.Pros - rather good material, seems worth it, they used different materials inside to boost comfortability. the linnings seems intact as well. feels and looks good, seems like it'll keep me warm during the winter time. lots of pockets which is a plus. ill come back with a follow up review after a few outing with it.the sizing is a bit off. i got a M and its a bit too big, the arm length seems a bit longer and the overall jacket seems a bit too wide. kinda looks overgrown on me, the total length of the jacket from neck to waist is a bit too short for my liking.overall, i think its still worth if you dont care too much about the sizing.

Great Fall Fleece, AMAZING layer for Winter
First and foremost, there are 2 issues I have with this fleece: 1. The zipper. As other reviews have stated, the zipper is a bit dicey. It doesn't appear to actually be weak or feel like it's gonna break, but the lower zipper pull (there are 2, one that you pull up to zip the fleece up, and a lower one that you can pull up as well that will unzip it) tends to ride up a little every now and then. 2nd. This was unavoidable. I'm a bit of an ectomorph (Tall but really thin). So it's slight larger then I'd like. But really not by too much. I love it regardless. What I like? I love the material. Very durable. I got caught in the rain with this thing, and it actually kept me pretty dry for about 5-10 minutes. It dried very quickly too. If I had worn a simple rain jacket over this, I'd be very warm. Heck, that could keep you warm below freezing if you wore a hat and gloves. I also really like all the pockets. Personally, I don't get a lot of use out of the arm pocket, but I'm not complaining about it.I plan on wearing it and bringing a Columbia Rain jacket with me on my future hikes, camping trips, hunts, and maybe to work too when it gets colder. Great fleece, money well spent.
