They fit well, can be organized in whichever fashion you’d like. The contacts are good for EBL lithium cells that I ordered directly from them at a discount. The setup was used to retrofit lithium power and an automotive led bulb in a handheld spotlight. The finished product worked out great thanks to these cell holders.

This is a very rare and single-sourced battery holder because it's for hard-to-find 26650 lithium batteries. The Amazon seller is Tegg but the Chinese manufacturer's name is "Beila Moo" aka BMC.I cannot find a web address or phone number for either company. It would be great to have a dimensioned 2D mechanical drawing and something akin to a hold down clip that retains the battery in the holder.This part differs from two similar holders sold by US manufacturer Keystone Electronics Corp of New York. Keystone's parts suffer from no provisions for securing the holders to the PC board other than two SMT solder tabs. This is a show stopper because SMT pads cannot withstand the weight of the battery in a drop test.The Tegg/BMC 26650 holder has provisions for a pair of 3mm screws to mechanically unload its two through-hole solder pins.I can tell that the designer of the Tegg/BMC had in mind a spring clip to hold the battery in his holder. There are slots in the holder to accept this clip. Would love to know where to purchase the hold down clip. Again, Tegg and BMC are doing a good job of hiding themselves.Edit a week later: I did finally locate the China manufacturer online and exchanged e-mails with one of its inside sales people. This 26650 battery holder is not a active part in their online catalog, but they still make it. The company's correct name is Bei La Moo, and the English acronym for them is BLM, not BMC.He did not provide a 2D dimensioned drawing of the battery holder but I created one from a finished part.He did say that they no longer offer a hold down clip to retain the battery in the battery holder.

Don't forget to add the power switch or solder across the "SW" pads to enable power output. I was able to connect and disconnect charging power without interrupting the 5V power output. I only saw around a 5 milliVolt change in the power output while connecting and disconnecting the charge power. I was able to run a Raspberry Pi 2 ( .5 amp draw) off the single 18650 and this power board, while connecting and disconnecting charging power and only recorded a 20 mA change in current. At 3.9V on the Li-ion cell my bench supply was pulling .4 amps to charge. Switching on the Pi it was pulling steady .77 Amps with a peak of about 1 Amp on boot up . So it appears this power board charges the 18650 while also providing power to run the Raspberry Pi. Charging current tapers nicely down as the battery comes to full charge. The board or battery doesn’t become warm, but I wouldn’t keep the charging power on after the green LED lights on the board indicating that charging is done. You may want to add a BMS for total worry free use. Otherwise a great battery system.
