I didn't rate this on absorbency, because it isn't suppose to absorb anything. It's a cover for adult briefs and contains any leakage. It does this very well. I don't want to overshare, but my mother has dementia and suffers with IBS. He leakage is sometimes profound. This contained it very well and was surprisingly easy to clean. I would have bought more if she's remained with me, but she went into LTC. I think the aides who care for her would appreciate them as they'd just have to change her rather than her and her bedding, but the nursing home won't commit to care for them properly. They can not be bleached or placed in a dryer. I'd highly recommend it for home care. (Just make sure that it cover every part of the brief or else wetness wicks out.)

These pants are great for added peace of mind. I have had leaks from briefs but they never got past these! If I’m going to be out and about for long periods of time these are perfect for leak security.They have quite the snug fit to them, which takes some time getting used to, but overall they aren’t too uncomfortable.I honestly recommend these to anyone who has had enough with accidental leaks through their briefs. You can’t go wrong with these.

Expensive but good quality and easy to wash.

I should disclose that I purchased these for my "ladies days" as I have an extremely heavy flow. So far so good. It's a little warm when wearing but I guess that is to be expected. These are MUCH better then the regular plastic/vinyl numbers. Which are very loud and make you feel like everyone knows that you are wearing plastic undies. I'm not sure how well it will do to control a more heavier flow during the night. But so far I'm pleased.

This size medium was more like an extra large and I cannot return it even though it was not used. Do not recommend this product.

A bit bulkier than I expected, but tight at the leg holes. I thought it would be a snug fit to the diaper and I even bought a size smaller than I thought I would need.

I was leery of the claims about the product, but they are great for my mom who is incontinent and has an ileostomy. I wasn't positive about sizing, but I bought the medium which was my best hope for a good fit. They fit splendidly. I also like the fabric. When they show up in white, taupe or pink, I'm going to be buying more.
