French Press Coffee Plunger, 3-Cup, Clear

Not snug so grounds slipped through!

It looks kinda nice on the counter, but when you actually use it as a French (coffee) Press, the plunger does not really press, it just slides down through the coffee, allowing the grounds to easily slip by. If you want a proper pot-o-coffee, you will need to look to a higher quality, more expensive press.

I like fresh ground French press coffee, and I am good with one mug in the morning, then I switch to tea. I've had my problems with this size French press coffee makers though, they are pretty fragile. The plastic ones don't work as well, and it is helpful to be able to see through the flask to see the color of the coffee. Some in this price range leak. This one doesn't and has survived for a few months, I wash it in a dishwasher. It looks nicer than the other brands, and the removable base makes storage a little easier.

I loved it for about a week and then it broke. The glass spider cracked while it was full of coffee. Not sure if it was defective or I just didn't take enough care.

I think this little pot makes excellent tasting coffee. Some of the best I have tasted in a long time. I was suprised by the size. I thought a 3 cup would be 3 regular cups (8oz)instead they are 5 oz cups. Anyway, I am glad that I purchased it.

Smaller than I expected but I like it. Appears to be a bit fragile, so it DEFINITELY requires gentle handling.

My boyfriend is apparently Godzilla, and has broken two French presses while doing dishes. I found that this one separated the coffee grounds as well as my Bodum did, and so far BF has not squeezed the life out of it.

Three cup my ass! Not one coffee cup size! Lies, never again!

I was disappointed when I first received this press. It does not hold more than 10 oz. or, the equivalent of one regular coffee mug. The glass handle looked very flimsy and thin and I worried about it breaking off.I have been using this little coffee press for several months now. It does make a good cup of coffee. The lid has little holes that filter out any grounds when you pour. I've been very careful washing it and the handle has not broken off. And I always heat it first, before pouring boiling water into it.

1. supuestamente equivale a 3 tazas, pero en realidad equivale a taza y media.2. se rompen muy fácil. Al poco tiempo se rompió, no dura nada.

I was pretty disappointed when i received this product because it is so small. It claims to hold three cups but can only hold enough coffee for one regular coffee cup, very misleading. On the other hand it works well, makes a great cup of coffee, and is easy to clean.

Advertised as 3 cups however it measures out to hold not even 2 cups. Definitely less than satisfied
