This is the only eye makeup remover I will use!! Mainly because it DOES NOT burn or sting my eyes. I’ve always had a problem with eye makeup removers burning and stinging the inside AND the outside of my eyes. Leaving red eyes and burning dry skin. This one does not do that. It is amazingly gentle! Worth every penny!! The other reason I choose this one is because it actually works. It dissolves waterproof mascara almost instantly. I use cotton pads or swabs. Apply the remover to the cotton. Only takes a little, but you’ve got to apply enough on it to work. Adjust accordingly. Next, I gently dab the eye while closed, applying extremely light pressure. Dab. Dab. Dab. No rubbing or scrubbing. Dab, dab, dab. Then swipe gently, with the same cotton pad, over the eye, pressing very gently. I do this twice so that it gets all the waterproof mascara off. Turn the pad over and do the other eye. If I wear non-waterproof mascara, it’s even easier to get off. After, I do wash my face with a gentle Clinique cleanser. If you’re on the fence about trying this product out, seek no further. It is the best product out there and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It is worth the money and it lasts and lasts if you take care of how much you’re using. I wear waterproof mascara about 5 x a week. A bottle lasts me about 6 months or more.

Almost 12 years ago I had to bury my former husband. The day prior I was at the pharmacy and asked the makeup consultant for a really great waterproof mascara because I knew I would be sobbing during the service and funeral the next day and don’t want my makeup to run. The consultant recommended a particular mascara, that was fantastic by the way, but 3 days later I still couldn’t get the mascara off. I went back to same pharmacy to the same consultant and explained my situation. While she recommended a perfect waterproof mascara, all of the pharmacy-brand remover were not taking it off. So I and my crusty eyes went to a major department store and went up to all of the makeup counters trying all of the removers hoping one would eventually work. This product by Clinique did the trick. No other brand name expensive brand can remove hard to remove waterproof mascara or stained on lipstick. I swear by this product and will remain loyal to it for all of eternity! Definitely worth it and it’s gentle on your face!

I’ve been using this for years. I’ve found it to be the best eye makeup and lip color remover.

This is a great product and works without fail. It is on the expensive side but I bite the cost at Christmas time for a gift to my daughter.

Love this product and I love Clinique! This seems to be the only thing that takes off my 24 hour lipstick.

Takes waterproof makeup off easily

I love this stuff!! I use this to remove my makeup up (even water proof mascara with no issues) then wash my face and do my nightly skin care routine.
