BerghausMen's Fellmaster Interactive Gore-Tex Waterproof Shell Jacket, Breathable, Durable Coat

Bought about 2 years ago and used all over the highlands and lake district in some brutal weather and keeps me dry. Breathability is not amazing but as long as your layered right it works well enough. for price cant complain much better option than paying £250+ for an Arcteryx or North face

Arrived not in its original packaging, creased. Not what I would expect for a new purchase from Amazon.. on closer inspection it's not damaged and is a quality product as you would expect for a Berghaus jacket. Its a large and its a good size. I am happy with it. But I won't be buying from that particular company.

I bought this as I have had a berghaus coat before but I had ripped it.This fits with the fleece that came with my old coat so that's a bonusAs usual it is really well made and keeps the wind and rain out even on really wet days

Bought for other half as a replacement for the one the dogs ate, product was so good I bought a ladies one for myself too.

Excellent jacket , got at a great price

Bought for grandson number 2. Bought him one about 7/8 years ago and he wears it still fir taking the dog out. Said he might treat himself to a new one but he won't. So pleased to see they are still as good.

Great jacket kept me totally dry in a full on downpour

Well it is waterproof and breathable and functions OK as long as you stand still and the rain falls vertically. However, on Dartmoor it comes in horizontally on the wind and the shortness of the jacket and its tightness of fit to the body quickly leaves you soaking from the crotch down. The runoff doesn't drip clear. You really do need to pair this with waterproof trousers otherwise you've only just got core protection. You also need to wear a peaked cap under the hood otherwise there's nothing in the hood design to keep the rain out of your eyes. The tight sizing means that there's little air gap between your body and the garment so even the modest effort of walking uphill will leave you sweaty and clammy. The exposed zips only keep the water out for a while both down the front and on the pockets. The inner pocket kept my phone dry though and the hand pockets have good capacity.Berghaus used to be a quality product but this jacket seems to be weighted more towards style than function and I wonder if the designer has ever been out on the Fells in any serious weather?The Fellmaster name is ambitious - It could better be called Morning Dog Walk!

Ben prodotta, sufficientemente morbida e gradevole al tatto. Non ancora utilizzata sotto la pioggia. Su articoli di tale livello avrei preferito il logo impunturato come fanno altre marche di pari livello.

J'ai eu du mal à trouver l’imperméabilité et la respirabilité de la veste donc je me permets de les remettre dans ce commentaire :28,000mm - Imperméabilité18.000gm/m²/24hr - RespirabilitéPour l'avoir testée en rando (33km, 1350m de dénivelé positif), je n'ai effectivement pas senti de sueur s'accumuler à l'intérieur de la veste : un peu sur ma seconde couche mais ça c'est autre chose...Évidemment, ce n'est pas une veste censée apporter de la chaleur mais sur une rando avec 1 à 6°C d'annoncés, je n'ai eu qu'à enfiler ma polaire vers les 850m d'altitude à l'ombre et avec les premiers flocons. Je pense que l'effet coupe-vent est donc bien là.Je n'ai pas trop eu l'occasion de tester l'imperméabilité mais je ne me fais pas trop de soucis pour ça : j'ai passé la capuche sous un robinet et le vêtement est ressorti complètement sec. Petit plus, il y a une grande poche à l'intérieur pour ranger votre carte. J'aime également ses couleurs sobres et qu'elle taille bien pour un vêtement technique (j'ai un polaire en dessous sur la photo) ; on ne le voit pas sur les photos mais il y a un élastique pour resserrer la veste autour de la taille/des hanches si besoin.Par contre, j'ai moins aimé le fait que les rabats pour les poches aient une prise au vent : l'autre sens aurait été plus logique. Die Ärmellänge bezeichnen wir sogar als ideal und sehr gut.Der Materialaufbau ist perfekt gegen Wind oder Regen, so hält diese Jacke gut von außen sowie Dank atmungsaktiven Gore-Tex-Gewebe von innen trocken.Man könnte sie als leicht und luftig mit gutem Schutz gegen Wind und Regen bezeichnen.Wir haben diese Jacke nun mehrmals im Freien im Einsatz gehabt und sind voll und ganz mit ihr zufrieden.Das Tragegefühl und die Bewegungsfreiheit würden wir als sehr angenehm und gut bezeichnen. Besonders die bereits angesprochenen etwas länger geschnittenen Ärmel schätzen wir sehr.Weitere positiv umgesetzte Details an dieser Jacke sind die Ärmelenden, welche man enger machen kann.Die Kapuze mit dem kleineren festen Schirm ist unserer Meinung nach großzügig genug geschnitten, man kann sie etwas zuziehen und somit ist man optimal gegen schlechtes Wetter geschützt.Diese Jacke erfüllt erst einmal unsere Erwartungen und in Betracht auf die Verarbeitung, dem Material, dem Tragekomfort und dem Schutz vor Wind oder Regen vergeben wir 5 Punkte.Mit freundlichen Grüßen
