Style Arc Sewing Pattern - Rowes Raglan Tunic Top (Sizes 04-16)

I was very disappointed with the sizing of this pattern. I'm 5' petite and this seems to have been designed for a much larger body mass. I had two attempts and resized it to between a 6&8 still large. The instructions are also very sketchy.
