For the price and quantity it’s really worth it. The bottle is secured and comes well packed. I’ve heard many good things about Black Cumin Seed Oil. They do help with some of my pain issues. As far a taking the pain away completely, it depends on your aliment, but it also goes with what you put in your body and all that’s going on. The products ingredients matter also, because some of them can be very deceiving. Everything is a process. I will be trying a new Black Cumin Seed Oil caplets to see if one works better than the other.

I take 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening and it works better than turmeric for my muscle and joint pain.

Took this to perhaps improve my asthma. I can't say if it helped or not, I don't feel any better. Maybe taking longer may help more. My current bottle is almost empty, I was going to buy another but the price has gone up from 32 dollars to almost 40 dollars... just too much. I decided to buy another brand until the price drops. Even at 32 dollars it seemed a bit high. So overall, nothing bad about this, just a bit pricey and I don't think it should cost over 30 dollars for what you get. I think blackseed oil is worth trying out, with the collapse of society and the end of days we live in, any boost in your immune system is needed, but there are a few other brands that also have gel pills you can swallow. I'm going to price watch this and probably buy it again if it drops less than 30 dollars. Unfortunately this stuff expires within a few months so its not like you can stock pile it for years at a time.

Very good for you but can taste the after taste even after swallowing so best to take at night before bed.

It works for inflammatory responses and difficulty with your back. My partner had a flare up of low back pain and worked for him. Takes it every day to maintain his moband has worked. I will take any time I have inflammatory muscle pain.
