Recipes for any kind of fish!
I saw this cookbook displayed at my local fish market. After flipping thru it I decided this would be a great cookbook to add to my kitchen. It tells you about each kind of fish, how to buy it and many ways to cook it. A great addition to the recipe books!

Must-have cookbook
This is the most thorough seafood cookbook I have ever found! Every fish I have heard of, and some I had never heard of, all arranged alphabetically with multiple recipes for each. I like that these are truly great recipes that don't require strange esoteric ingredients--nearly all can be made with items at hand in a cook's pantry.

Every type of fish and wonderful recipes to boot!
This is an all-encompassing cookbook for the seafood lover! There are even fish species I never knew about...the recipes are fantastic and it will take me many, many years to get through them (which is not a burden at all)!

Bart's the Best
This is another brilliant cookbook from arguably the best cookbook writer in America today. I have known Bart since he was about 3 and he continues to impress. He is the only man I know who lectures at the Harvard School of Public Health--without a BA even. And that's no BS. He is a great cook, great Dad and a great husband. What a great proponent of sustainable seafood.

A wealth of information
There is so much information about seafood in addition to recipes for every type of fish and seafood I've ever heard of. And some I hadn't heard of before as well!

Absolutely beautiful
Makes a wonderful addition to my collection of cookbooks. My husband and I love fish, but I have never been taught how to cook it, nor the immense number of different types! So its usually just boiled shrimp and fried (unbreaded) fillets. I am now going to experiment - if I can find a good fishmonger locally.
