You are claiming this is a 5amp battery why is it I received a 4amp amp battery

Pissed off customer
It worked great the frist few times snapped in and locked now it don't want to stay snapped on on the charger enough to take a charge and on my impact when it starts to impact the battery will shake loose enough to not work but is still snapped in that is the only problem I've had so far holds decent charge when I can get it to but if the snap in don't work don't really matter how much of a charge so all in all I'm a very pissed of customer an WILL NOT SHOP WITH THIS USER AGAIN

Only problem is it does not lock into the battery slot.

bad from factory
Battery would not charge. Used porter cable Chargers .. Both chargers gave bad battery error. Returned to amazon for refund
