I don't know what the supply issue is with dioralyte at the moment (for months now) but this was a welcome partial relief from not being able to buy it anywhere except for extortionate prices for only 1-2 boxes with a month delivery estimate. For terminally ill child on comolete fluid replacement due to gut failure, this is something we use every single day (3-4 sachets in 24 hours) and with all pharmacies and shops running out, it was a Godsend to be able to buy this. Does the same as dioralyte but cheaper. Thank you. (Ps. Now this is not generally available, dietician is recommending ORS if anyone else is having the same nightmare!)

The flavour is very similar to dioralyte.

Dehydration. It’s a good thing that there are sites like Amazon as I normally have these on prescription but lately pharmacies cannot get hold of them! Thank you!

These are a good alternative for Dioralyte, and cheaper! Taste much the same

I suffer with dehydration and low blood pressure so this works a treat
