NECAGodzilla King of Monsters Godzilla Version 2-18 cm

The media could not be loaded. At first I was skeptical spending so much money on a toy, but my son wanted it and he deserved it, so I bought it (massive Godzilla fan)... It was not offered on Prime so it took a couple days to arrive.He wanted it for Christmas, it arrived faster than the date it said it would which was great as I got t wrap it and stuck it under the tree.I was really amazed by the quality of this toy.. Attention to detail is awesome.. Every joint moves and it is VERY solid/sturdy.. I am very surprised and it's worth every penny... My son loves it and that's all that matters...

I have been on the lookout for this variant of Godzilla from the excellent King of the Monsters movie, thankfully it doesn’t disappoint! The sculpt is not dissimilar to the standard NECA Godzilla figure and it has the same points of articulation. It’s fantastically detailed for its size and looks every inch like its big screen counterpart. What sets this figure apart is that it depicts Godzilla in his supercharged state just prior to The Battle of Boston. NECA have replaced the standard grey colours with vibrant blues, turquoise and silvers. The detail in the paintwork is excellent throughout and this really does look superb on display. There is also the option to display Godzilla spewing his atomic blast to really liven things up. Really happy with this figure!

This is an awesome posable Godzilla toy. Jaw, head, arms, legs and tail all move. Great paint job on his back that shows the atomic reaction getting ready for the atomic breath (can insert into Godzilla’s mouth). My six year old boy thinks this is the best ever version of Godzilla he’s ever had.

My 6 year old saved his pocket money for this Godzilla and was very pleased with it.For just under £39 it is quite expensive but well made and sturdy.Well presented packaging and arrived well before the due date.lost a star due to the fact the tail joints come away easily.

Important clarity: the figure is delivered with the tail already removed. This is important because the tail later broke, and I want it to be clear I am aware the tail was removed from the figure when it was placed in the box.Figure looks good, has decent posability and comes with some nice accessories for the Atomic Breath beam, but has a major issue in how fragile it is. Literally seconds after being removed from the box, the already-removed tail snapped in half, as one of the ball-joints holding it together broke. It's impossible to remove without damaging the tail parts further, meaning I've had to shoddily glue it back on, now rendering the tail virtually immobileOtherwise, the figure is nicely made, well-painted, overall it's a good Godzilla figure, but the fragility of it cannot be understated. It broke the moment I started trying to flex the tail, without applying any real pressure to it, it completely snapped as if it had been wanting to all along.I'm no stranger to repairing and maintaining my figures, but this one is impossible to fix because of how it broke in the first place. The ball-joint itself is stuck inside the tail, it can't be removed, there's no way of replacing this part without (as previously said) outright damaging the tail part even more.Bottom line, if you don't mind buying a fragile piece of cheap plastic that'll break the moment you get it, buy this figure. If you dare to ask for quality in your purchases, look somewhere else.

I got this one for my birthday. It’s my third Godzilla toy.
