Great use of 30 min
I'm a fan of Ellen Barrett workouts, so I'm in line to like this one just like the others (I own over a dozen of hers). This one is more repetitive, especially if you follow the modifications, than her others, but that's kind of necessary to follow her program structure. Ms. Barrett works you through a min routine, follows with the other side leading and repeats again or moves onto another routine. It's a great way to work out the body evenly. I also appreciate that she taps into a lot of the missed muscles - in the feet, side body, etc. Her workouts have really been helping me not only with a shoulder injury recovery (gently), but with my posture and learning to treat my almost 50 body with love. I'm glad I both this one for days I'm in a hurry, or need a more gentle workout (I did follow modifications).

As the dvd went on there are some great movements & some hard ones to for me (67) ...
When I started to do this DVD I thought oh this is to low key for me. As the dvd went on there are some great movements & some hard ones to for me (67) but there is the low impact person to follow. I was not impressed with the camera work. In some areas the camera was in upper mode while being a first time user with this I would of liked to see full body so I can move along with it. It did get my heartbeat up which is great. I think I would use this more for a warmup before I would do my aerobics or dance/walk. There are planks to do in this dvd but you don't have to do them. This dvd is about 30 minutes long. I do love Ellens other dvds which I have purchased. To each their own on this dvd.

Ice cream sundae of workouts!
Ellen tells you to think of exercise as a treat, and this workout is just that.. Not strenuous, so if you're looking for something to really make you sweat, this isn't the one for you. I run three times a week and alternate with strength/yoga/stretch workouts. I use this on stretch days, and boy, does it feel good! I have so much energy after I am done. It's a great way to be kind and loving to your body. Would totally recommend for beginners or for those looking for something to do in between more strenuous workouts. And on those days I don't feel like exercising at all, I can always talk myself into this one!

Perfect 30 minute workout! Strength, cardio & Pilates
I love Ellen Barrettโs videos, this is probably my sixth! This is a nice shorter, slightly easier than a few that I have. But like many of the videos is deceptively challenging. There are options to uplevel your workout as well. These videos keep me motivated and looking forward to working out!!

Really enjoy
I really enjoy this workout, and that its only 30 minutes is a plus so that i can fit it in during a work break around noon.Having a 30 minute workout in my dvd stash takes away the excuse that there isnt enough time. Really enjoying this dvd, which motivates me to workout.

All of Ellen's workouts are great, i'm a big fan of her. I love how her workouts first seem easy, sometimes too easy but you soon realize you are working out pretty hard but not too hard. That's what I love about her dvds your not left exhausted at the end just energized, which I love. This probably would be cardio light for some hardcore cardio people but I really recommend it.

I love Ellen workouts but was disappointed in this one
I love Ellen workouts but was disappointed in this one. This is the first 30 minute workout I have purchased. It was too easy - I felt like I had hardly broken a sweat. Her 45 minute workouts are much better. My favorites are Fat Burning Fushion, Yogini, Barefoot Cardio, Grace & Gusto and Power Fushion.
