Q: Has this been high temperature dried or room temperature dried?

I have learned that it is already a dry fruit when it falls from tree.

Q: I need more info about this. Is it nutty or sweet? Is it for flavor ? Or more of a thickener ?

This is an add in powder much like a protein powder. It dissolves easily. Great for smoothies, soups or even baked goods. It is very citrusy-think sour, but in a good way. I use it in smoothies mostly, but also in baked goods, tea and soups.

Sorry, but it doesn't state on the Package the number of milligrams per ounce. Perhaps, the best course of action is to contact the supplier to find that information.
