Good for the gym, not for the bedroom
Ive noticed that since I've been taking this product my reps at the gym have increased. Barriers that I've been trying to get through for months are now being surpassed. That's why I'll continue to take this product. And that's ONLY why I'll keep taking this product. The sexual improvement benefit by using this product is modest at BEST. If you're looking for that, I suggest you look elsewhere.

waste of Money
I read the reviews and felt that this might be worth buying. I have used this whole bottle and It is absolute trash. I got better results not taking this item.....DO NOT BUY!

Not bad but......
I got some of this mainly for some testosterone boost and for the extra sex drive as a bonus, after a couple of weeks I felt some improvements in both those areas. So this spurred me onto doing a bit of shopping around for icariin products and eventually I found some really high strength '60% icariin capsules'. This 60% icariin stuff works way better for me and all the benefits I originally got from the BCS labs icariin were tripled with the 60% icariin caps.
