As good as the 4th edition
Bought for an introductory course that required the fourth edition. Compared contents, and this on worked fine. Lacks maybe five pages and formatting changes.Useful, what you'd expect for an intro class. Need a good prof with it who brings examples, such as common ethical breaches.

Meh
Its extremely useful for the forms if you live in Florida. Even if you live in FLorida though, they arent that great. Extremely outdated (put it this way...the summons does not have the ADA language at all). Otherwise...pretty basic information you'd get from any constitutional law or business law class. Not sure how any of it really applies to paralegals other than a chapter on ethics and a short explanation on how to become a licensed paralegal.

Different cover, seems off brand
When this book arrived I wasn't sure it was the right one because the cover is very different than pictured. Opening the book caused one of the pages to fall out. I was not rough with it in any way, it just wasn't attached well. All the pages we've gone over so far are the same in this book and in my classmate's book (with the proper cover), so I'm hopeful that it will be okay throughout.

For a class
I bought this for a class for that period in my life when I thought I wanted to be a paralegal. It has some typographical errors in it, which are pretty funny when you find them.I drew a lot of pictures of clowns in the book. Then I resold it to someone. I hope they enjoy the clowns.

So happy I was able to find this used booked.
Book was barely used on the inside but the outside looked a little beat up but it's acceptable. I am very satisfied with this purchase and saved lots of $$$$

Two Stars
The book was exactly what I needed for class, but it had too many typos and outdated information.
