Compact and quiet
This is a very nice pump. It is compact, quiet and has a built in float switch. It is just loud enough for you to know it is running; just a slight hum and not annoying. I use the 12 volt version. It almost completely removes the water it is standing it.The built in float switch works well. Really nice to not have to install an independent switch.If you do not have much space, this is good pump for you.

No float switch bilge pump
I love this bilge pump. My boat stays in a slip and has several leaks I have not been able to pinpoint. Every 45 minutes this bilge pump comes on and runs for about 50 seconds. This pump has been dependably doing this for right at two years 😎 ! ! !

Failed after about three months
Installed it in a small RIB as a drop-in replacement for another unit that failed. After about three months, it wouldn't turn on in Automatic, although it ran properly when the ON/Manual wire was connected to the battery.

Best pump I've used!
I've installed dozens of these pumps and they are very reliable. The pump has electronics internally that can sense water and turn on automatically. No moving float switches to hang up and kill your battery!!

I bought this to replace an older model rule pump. Hopefully this one lasts as long as the old one did.

Review
I hooked it to a battery . Black and brown wire used. And brown with white taped up.When press test button it worked.But when it rained it did not come on.But it would come on when I pressed the test button.So not happy..as boat filled with water.Any ideas about what is wrong???
