I am a novice at making cheesecakes, previously only using instant mix in a box😜. Bought this to make my son-in-law a ‘real’ cheesecake for his birthday. A chocolate mocha cheesecake from a specialty cookbook for hemachromatosis patients. Very intimidating.😳. Well not with this pan. Turned out perfect, did not stick and cleanup was soooo easy.
