Great introduction
Great value. I’always been interested in electronics/ home automation, and these are a great starting point. I’ve used these for esp home to detect the precense of our iphones in the room with the esppresence monitor. I’ve got my son interested in wled, which he has now used and running, providing a way better (and cheaper) led lighting system than philips hue.

Works perfectly for ESPHome
I've flashed ESPHome onto six of these, and they work great. I can't think of anything negative to say.

Fun to develop on, but note high sleep current (10mA) and poor range with ESP-Now.
I've bought these twice now from different sellers. My first was a single module which claimed to be Version 3. It needed the button pressing when booting and was temperamental at times. This three pack claim to be Version 1 (so I had to change compiler settings). Flashing and booting are more reliable. There's obviously a lot of extra circuitry on top of the ESP32 to manage things like the serial communication. Unfortunately this means that it's not possible to bring deep sleep current down below 10mA if booting normally from the 3V3 pins, even with the orange LED desoldered. This will limit its use in battery powered long running applications. It was not possible to achieve the sleep currents in the micro-amps advertised for the ESP32.ESP-Now was also limited. It operates in the 2.5GHz WiFi band and claims a long range towards 1km in free space. I found even with long range mode enabled in the domestic environment (so walls and WiFi noisy) I was not achieving more than about 10 meters range. Both of these things mean that for my application I've had to use the home network for communication (I'm seeing some packet drops but that could be just the nature of UDP) and will have to provide mains power not battery. The dev environment is VSCode and Espressif working in C. If you've ever been spoiled by Eclipse/Java (even as it was back in the early 2000s) then expect a rude return to the 1980s. It's little better than EMACS or VI was back in those days. Its refusal to find stdint.h at the moment is causing most issues as it means as far as VSCode is concerned nothing compiles even though I can compile and run the code on the command line.

Perfect item + FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Delivered next day after ordering on Sunday - Thanks you Amazon. Both boards perfect; Well constructed and now flashed with Annex RDS.Note : D14 may be incorrectly labelled as D11.TO FLASH THE MODULE :-Connect to USB serial port.Press and hold BOOT.Press and release EN.Start the flash downloadRelease BOOTWait for download completionPower-cycle the module.Update - August 2021 :-I've just received three more of these boards but these will flash without having to press the buttons. I can see an additional resistor tacked across to the 'EN' pin so it looks like the UART now has full control over the flashing procedure.

Good value. Well made. Quick delivery.
Bit of a gamble this one. 2 ESP32s for £14.29!!!I bought a single ESP32 on Ebay from transparent-shopping1 for £11.29. This was a bad purchase! Not only did it not work (dead as a Dodo) but Mr Abbaspour Noghani refused a refund!! Whereas Sp-Cow product.....THIS IS A REALLY GOOD DEAL!! Would recommend it to those looking for an ESP32

Top seller and product
Amazing microcontroller. Came quickly and very well packaged. Really useful with great features in such a small size. I’m using it to interface relays and build a smart home.

Poor packaging spoilt a decent product
A good esp32 spoilt by lack of protection in packaging which led to mine being delivered with bent pins.

Esp32 Proxy Bluetooth
