It works great, but the normal battery runs out of power ...
I have been using it for the past 4 years which i have bought in US. It works great, but the normal battery runs out of power soon. Got to use it with high powered battery, want to buy replacement nozzle here in India. Very much handy at all times and especially for the one who is on the move.

Some tips to get better performance from your flosser, updated on 28/3/2021
Several reviewers mention that they find the upper irrigator portion sinks into the lower water reservoir while being used. I had the same problem. But it is easily remedied:-This sinking happens because as the water is being pumped out when the flosser is switched on a vacuum is continuously created in the airtight reservoir, and the atmospheric pressure keeps pushing the upper portion down into it. The simple DIY solution is to release the vacuum and equalize the air pressure. All you have to do to achieve this is to drill a small 1/8 inch hole on the water reservoir body at the strategic place as shown in the picture I have taken of my flosser(don't try to do it with a heated needle! Do it dry, with a spectacle star nosed screwdriver). This not only eliminates the suction problem but also dramatically reduces the load on the motor, and increases the battery life. Some have also said they find it difficult to open the battery slot. Twist a coin anticlockwise in the groove and even after the cap gets unlocked twist the coin a little more, and voila! It pops up.Proper care after each use is essential for its long life: (1) don't collapse the flosser after each use. Do so only when you want to pack it for travel; (2) as instructed after each use empty the reservoir and turn on the switch for a few seconds until all the water is expelled from the nozzle; (3) rinse the whole flosser under the tap, and dry it with tissue. With these steps the Panasonic flosser is worth every penny.Updated on 28/3/2021(This is my own empirical finding which works for me. Not to be taken as the definitive technical solution to the proper functioning of the flosser):-I faced the same problem as many other reviewers: the pump works erratically in fits and starts, sometimes after shaking or tapping on the flosser body. It wasn't a loose contact of the electrical circuit, including of the two-position switch, as I could ascertain with a continuity test using a multimeter. My theory is that the flosser is fitted with a mini centrifugal pump. A regular full sized centrifugal pump needs to be "primed" even to start pumping. That is, its housing necessarily needs to be filled with water each time and the pump should not be run "dry." If the housing is empty the air in it prevents the suction of water. Operating a centrifugal pump "dry" also severely vibrates its parts and damages the pump, leading to its eventual failure. Therefore the flosser pump needs to be "primed" each time you use it.What I do is to fill up the reservoir, close the cap, and holding the flosser vertical, suck on the nozzle on the top until I get water in my mouth. With this the casing of the pump is "primed", that is, filled with water. When I then operate the switch the flosser immediately starts working. After finishing the flossing operation completely empty the reservoir and instead of following the manual instruction of running the pump for a few seconds to expel all the water from the flosser, again suck on the nozzle till all the residual water in the pump casing is removed. (Following the manual instruction of running the pump even for a few seconds will entail running the pump "dry" for some time which will harm it).I once again make the disclaimer that this is my personal reading of the problem and how to overcome it, and that it has worked for me.

Battery chamber not waterproof due to defective design - Do not buy this product
Water gets inside the battery chamber during flooding, which leads to rust inside. The unit stops functioning after 3-4 weeks of use site to this rusting.
