This is about the best thing ever for cats who have had surgery, or following an injury of any sort. Even good for cats with allergies as it stops them getting at and biting a sore place. Where the normal vet “bucket” neck ring is very stiff these are made of stiff material that gives if the cat knocks into something. Hence my cat no longer gets knocked backwards every time the collar hits the door frame as she charges through. So no more bruises from the collar bumping into obstacles. Happy cat and happy cat guardian.

I purchased this items for my cat who licks her tail alot. Unfortunately the velcro fastening is not strong enough to hold the collar in place; because of this it served no purpose so I returned it.

My cat had a large abscess on her tail from fighting with another cat which had to be treated she would not leave the wound alone so we decided a collar was the best solution for a few days while it healed. She was not happy about wearing the collar (as you can see from her picture she's fuming) but it worked well in keeping her from liking and biting the area. It's possibly a little large in length (not circumference this was fine - size small for a petite Persian cat) as she struggled to eat or drink with it on but you can flip the collar back to resolve this issue. The collar is a reasonable price, durable, comfortable and we couldn't help but think she looked adorable as an angry sunflower 🌻Measure your pets neck and use the measurement guide for a suitable fit as it is accurate.

the collar was soft and my dog did not mind wearing it, it worked as long as the cone is on properly. however, the velcro securing the cone is very weak and it did open up a few times. The material was so soft, my dog could somehow manage to flip it inside out while wearing it and lick his wound!Overall, it is a useful cone if you are able to keep an eye on your dog while wearing it. Otherwise it's better to put them in a surgical suit or use an inflatable collar

Useless, you can get it on tight enough to strangle your pet it slips off easily. The size is for cats or small dogs. The whole thing is v misleading.

My little orange boi Louis is quiet small but I figured S would work. Alas it was a bit big and so he could put his paw in and pull it off. We ended up making two holes and threading some string through and attaching it to a collar and BAM that did the trick. The Velcro stuck well and if it had been small enough I imagine this would’ve done the trick on its own. It made a not fun situation cute and more comfortable than the hard cone as we could push it back for eating and it didn’t get in the way even when he wanted to play. Double check your cats size and remember they are made of liquid.

A little big for my little girl, she managed to get her front leg through it, but it’s a cute fun soft coller.
