Plaque is very well made and person I gave it to really liked it. Initially a package came to my home all ripped up and placed in a plastic bag by the post office, there was nothing inside. When I contacted Mountain Meadows customer service they were very helpful and sent a replacement out immediately at no cost, even though the package damage was most likely the problem of the post office. I absolutely recommend purchasing from Mountain Meadows Pottery.

My daughter wanted something to give to my mom for Christmas. She calls her "Mimi" and it is so hard to find things like this that say something other than "grandma" or "nana," etc. My daughter was so excited to find this and was so proud to present it to my mom. It is very pretty and my mom absolutely loved it!

My mother-in-law loved it! Such a fun and fitting message for a generous, loving grandmother. The quality was also great - everything I would expect from a real, well-made ceramic. Packaging was secure and efficient. It even came with a nice note about the company that I kept with the item when we wrapped it for her at Christmas.

I bought this as a gift for my mother because she is called "Mimi" by her grandchildren. The quality was very good as the ceramic was without defects and the paint was even with nice and clear colors. The photo of the item is a very accurate representation of what was received.I also liked the fact the plaque was handmade and painted in the USA. Additionally, the plaque was well wrapped by the seller for shipping, which was good as the additional shipping cost was a little pricy.

Smaller than expected. The hanging chord is small so it's hard to hang flat against the wall. The knot on the chord is big so it doesn't balance evenly if I hang it that way.
