Autistic son difficult to buy gifts for, loves Disney and Mickey Mouse. He has lots of T shirts so I was looking for something besides clothing . He likes everything organized and put in its place, and predictable. I bought the Mickey Mouse jar to be used as a cookie jar specifically for his sugar free cookies (also diabetic). He knows he gets one cookie after lunch, he can independently get it and enjoys knowing the cookies in the Mickey jar are just for him. It is bigger than I pictured it, based on listed dimensions, and much heavier than I thought. I probably should have purchased the smaller one for my use, but it is doing the job of holding cookies just fine

Cute cookie jar but disappointed with damage to box & packaging
First I would like to emphasize that the Mickey cookie jar I purchased is adorable, much cuter then I expected. It’s a good size and looks to be well made. So I’m very pleased about that. BUT the box it came in was pretty bad. I purchased the cookie jar as a gift for my Disney loving niece in law and the box looks like it’s been kicked around the block. So I opened it up to inspect and there were 2 broken chunks of styrofoam and tons of styrofoam bits everywhere inside the box and all over the cookie jar and lid. It got on everything, a total mess!Even though I really like the jar I probably won’t purchase from this company again. I know the box will probably get recycled but it’s a bummer to buy something new and it looks like I picked it up at a yard sale, without the benefit of the yard sale price!Plus, I really DO NOT like it when companies use packaging that can’t be recycled. Styrofoam just needs to be banned! If Enesco ever changes their packaging I may reconsider buying from them again.

These canisters are heavy ceramic so not too fragile. Colors are also vibrant and festive.
They have a seal that will keep whatever is inside fresh and whatever is outside our. I bought the set for dog treats.

I love Disney and have a few Disney bits in my kitchen so when I saw this it was perfect to go on top of my cupboards for decor! Great colours and great quality! Quite pricy for the size.
