Arrived exactly as advertised and looks and feels like real Jade. Feels cool on the skin and glides easily across my skin. Have yet to see if it will help reduce puffy bags under my eyes. Small brochure inside the box gives directions on how to use to benefit face but not how to clean or sanitize.

I was pleased with this product in many ways. It was well packaged and clean. The rollers are smooth and appear to be high quality as well as the framing metal that couches the rollers. I watched a few You Tube videos to get the hang of it. The jade rollers appear to be the real semi-precious gem stone, and provide a nice face massage. I use it in connection with coconut oil which is a natural anti-microbial.

Bought this for my wife and she likes it. I can't say much as far as long term results, but it relaxes her everytime she uses it. It looks and feels like it will last.

it looks pretty but the quality is crap. the broad side broke off after about a month or two and I wasn’t throwing it around or anything. the glue inside looks junky. the roller part also snaps out of the clip pretty easily. but it came right on time and it’s packaged pretty well. it’s the size i was expecting and it feels nice on my skin. the instructions that come with it are nice too. i wish it was sturdier.

This is very soothing and i can already see the difference in my skin.
