My Doctor recommended I take this supplement because I am in my mid 30s and an active runner. It is supposed to help maintain my cartilage. I did notice a difference after taking it, I had less joint pain and discomfort. I ran out and took a supplement I bought at the grocery store and it did not seem to work as well so I went back on this one.

Excellent product. Proscribed by my kinesiologist. This works. Granted, if you have had full ACL/MCL recontruction (twice) as I have, this product will not be a cure all. My knee is what it is and this does help. I have noticed that it does create nausea if you do not take it with solid food such as a slice of bread. I was taking it with a cup of coffee and that simply does not cut it.

Before taking this product only morning and night, I would wake every morning with extreme stiffness in my entire body. This product has assisted in reduction of stiffness and associated pain. Like that it's all natural too. Highly recommend.

These really help my old dog with hip problems. If she doesn't take them for a few days it is back to not being able to jump into the car or on the bed. These don't 100% erase the problem (she is very old) but there is definitely notable improvement. She actually will eat one of these capsules if I just hand it to her whole...she must know they help her :)

Great product , experienced joint pain for months tried many supplements up until I was suggested to try this although it took about 3 weeks until I was really able to feel a difference . No more waking up sore I just ordered another bottle .

Nice packaging and I know physicians who recommend this brand. I have only been taking it for a couple weeks, we'll see if I notice a difference with this brand or not. I do feel they have quality products, I have had other products in this brand (vitamin D).

This product was recommended by my previous chiropractor. I was able to order it online until recently. I am very happy that I can purchase it through Amazon. I highly recommend this product. I am 65, exercise regularly, in good health, and consider this preventive.
