The size of the gauze pad, not the adhesive strip, determines which size one should use to treat a wound. The gauze pad in BAND-AIDS are the same width as the adhesive strip. In this so-called 1"-wide product, the gauze pad is only about 3/4" wide, not 1". If you realize that, and this size bandage suits your needs, this is a great value. However, if you really need a full 1 inch bandage, you will find this product will not do the job. I keep both this produce and the BandAid product on hand.

FINALLY!! A bandage that doesn’t fall off/come loose. We’ve tried Band Aid, Curad, store brands, etc. and after a couple of hours of wear, had to change all of these out— not because of soil or wear, but because they would come lose! These bandages however STICK! You have to actually “work” the edges to remove. Love it! Will never buy any other brand!

In the interest of full disclosure, these are just McKesson bandages. The picture has cleverly edited out that fact.They are the 16-4811. You can get them for a dollar cheaper even on Amazon so don't get too attached to this particular listing. They're industry standard stuff.

Great bandaids if you never plan to remove them. There must be something defective about these bandaids because of the residual stickiness and material they leave behind on your skin. It will take days to remove such stickiness and the residue of these bandaids. Yes they are low price which is why I bought them it was a mistake. I will now buy normal priced bandaids. I’ve never experienced this issue with any bandaids before. I’m out of return window otherwise I’d return them or request a refund.

These bandages were exactly as described. What I took for granted when I bought them was the size of the cotton pad which turned out to be only 3/4” in diameter. I have been spoiled by dressings that I have purchased in the past in which the cotton pad extended very nearly from one edge to the other, nearly a full inch. The larger size pad allows for considerably more latitude when orienting the dressing over an irregular wound.

These band aids are preferable to the big name brands. They adhere well, stay put, and do not leave a sticky residue when removed. I would purchase them again.

I have old, thin skin. Lot's of surface abrasion. These band aids stick better than any I have used including brand names.

So after a year or two of sitting in the medicine cabinet I needed a bandage, At first these seemed OK but when I took it off the next day I had adhesive stuck to my skin that only scrubbing with alcohol would take off.So today I needed another so I put on on for just an hour and when i took it off I had left over adhesive stuck to my skin - TOTAL JUNK - RUN Very fast from these and this brand. No wonder they are no longer available...
