Great power band but much stronger than I thought.

Hands down, the best resistance bands I've ever used. I went for the black (medium) ones with 29kgs resistance and I'm really happy with it.I've been able to implement it into a variety of workouts and you do get a great pump from it. I haven't used it with a pull up bar since I don't have one anymore, but I've got no doubt that it would work well with one.The quality is spot on, and it doesn't have the horrible smell you sometimes get with resistance bands.

These are really good quality resistance bands at a good price. They're a lot of other resistance bands that are more expensive but not as good. Happy with these!

I wish the band is longer than it is. But good quality anyway.

I havent had a chance to use this properly yet but from what I can see they're decent quality and they're actually cheaper on Amazon surprisingly.

Gresat bands, the lightest is the one I use the most for warmup movements.The heaviest band is great for additional resistance in squats and presses.I would have like to have another staggered interval between the lightest bands but it was worth the price.

Bought for Son for Christmas, he thought they were great
