Q: does debri get stuck on this wheel material easily?

I have these wheels installed on a cabinet with a litre saw on top. I wheel it in and out of the garage. I have not had any problems with debris collecting on the wheels.

Q: Distance between bolt holes

I personally never installed casters on a dining room table, I mostly install then on various carts I build. Regardless, I personally prefer the lock to face inward to prevent cables from getting hooked on the locking mechanism. Never had a problem reaching the lock with my foot.

Q: Can these wheels be used on a portable basketball goal?

Are use them on a bass guitar amp. I would have to say no they are not wide enough for a basketball hoop
