I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this slip cover. The fit and material exceeded my expectations. The velvet is very soft and the green color I ordered is beautiful- exactly what I was hoping for. The back of the chair it is covering is a little taller than what this slip covers measurements suggest, so when sitting down there isn't enough fabric to keep the material tucked into edges of seat. At first I was annoyed and thought it may not work, but after sitting in it for a few days I realized it didnt really matter, it still looked nice and sleek. The foam rollers that came with the cover didnt stay in place, but this is probably due to my chair being bigger. The rollers are also quite small in width but I think if they were made of a less smooth material, maybe more tacky of a foam they would stay in place better.What really sold me on this product are the two buckles around edge of covers edge that clip underneath. You dont find these on many covers which are key to keeping the cover from slipping up over time.This was quite easy to put on too. This beloved chair I've had since college, still had plenty of life left, but being of suede material it did not stand up to my 3 kids, they literally poked holes in the arms 😟 I looked into reupholstering it but was not ready to spend that kind of $$$. I could cry with joy in how pleased and relieved I am that this cover worked out and how surprisingly beautiful it is!!! The velvet is SO nice.I have not had to wash it yet, as I've just received it this week but I will update post machine wash. This was a fantastic buy!!!

I have bought several couch covers over the years - and tend to just stick with flat sheets because they are easy. However we bough new couches and we have lots of friends with little kids and sticky fingers so I wanted something that would look nice but stay on the couch completely. These cover completely and took me awhile to install myself as you have belts that connect from front to back and from left to right under the couch, which is why it stays and covers well. The "achors" are little styrofoam tubes that do not anchor anything...lol. They lasted two days in my house and then we threw them away - it is not a perfect sleek fit they are a little baggy and loose - but my couches will remain clean (my main concern) and they would be easy to throw in the washer - but taking them off would not be that simple and then putting them back on... overall better thatn a lot of other ones I have tried - and i will be keeping them for friend gatherings and get togethers!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the gorgeous velvet fabric! It feels just as soft and luxurious as the velvet upholstery I’ve seen on furniture in stores. The navy blue color is gorgeous,too- not too bright and not too dark or dull- it is the perfect shade for a living room. The slipcover seems very well made and I like the gathered, elasticized bottom edge and the fact that it has straps that go underneath ( though they are too big for my chair, I used safety pins to shorten.) I think this is as good a quality- if not even better- as the much more expensive slipcover I’ve bought before.As you can see by my photos, my small recliner is very tailored and doesn’t really look like the typical overstuffed recliner. ( I love the style and lines of it, which is why it was worth it to me to get a slip cover for it.) it took some “ fussing” with this to figure out how to best make it fit— a little stretching here and tucking there, etc. what you don’t see in the photos is that there is a little extra loose material behind the back of the chair— but it is not really seen and doesn’t look bad. I also tucked in the cover between the bottom of the seat cushion and the foot rest— but of course that will “ pop out” as soon as the foot rest is used! It is also great that they include the little foam grips for free, too. (Just FYI: have also used cut up swimming pool “noodles” for this purpose with other chair slipcovers, and they work very well, too. I may add some to give additional grip, but for now these slipcovers seem to be doing ok with the little included grips.) Be aware that the package evidently comes with the picture of a sofa on the front no matter what size you order; At first I thought that sent me the wrong size but then I noticed in the bottom corner there was a small label that said “recliner.” ( I remember reading a review for this product, before I had ordered it, by someone who said that he was sent the wrong size slipcover twice, so now I wonder if he had just looked at the photo on the package and assumed that was the size inside.) Kudos to Gorilla Grip! I would love it if they would also make slipcover for wingback recliners, too!

Easy to install, comfortable, and keeps the cat from crawling under the chair. The box came with two tiny styrofoam “noodles” designed to tuck in around the sides so the cover stays in place. They aren’t effective, and so just be prepared to have to tuck it back in every time you get out of your chair. Other than that, it’s an awesome cover and keeps our beloved kitty safe from harm. Definitely would recommend.

Easy to fit,comfortable and stylish. Over the years I have purchased dozens of other furniture covers and throws...I wasted money and was constantly disappointed with the poor fit and saggy looks.These Gorilla covers are the best chair covers I ever tried They are so well made and fit beautifully. It was very easy to slip over my lazy boy chair. Fabric is very soft and comfy. I highly recommend!

This is a good sofa cover size fits fine and the it's soft to the touch I would like the foam bars that came with it to be larger but it's ok you can always use extra foam to keep it in place overall it is a good product

So soft and easy to clean. The fabric is durable-feeling and fits my over-stuffed recliner well. Spills wipe off if you move quickly and let hair brushes off easily. I'm impressed so far.
